How to Apply for a Merchant Account
In accordance with Section 326 of the US Patriot Act the following information is required to establish all new merchant accounts.
Your must provide the following information about yourself and your business, (verifying your identity), before any business can be approved for a merchant account:
Federal Tax ID or EIN #
Valid Social Security #
Business Address that is directly associated with your Federal Tax ID
Business Bank Account – not a personal checking or savings account
Business Checks with business name and address visible
Valid Drivers License or State ID #
Valid Business Phone #; and
Be a Sole Ownership, Partnership, LLC, Non-Profit, Public Corp, Private Corp, or Government entity.
Step 1
Download our Pre-Application Here right click and Save Target As. Complete the pre-application and email it to us at Sales@parsonenterprises.com or via fax 888-283-3414. Depending on what version of Adobe Reader you are using you may or may not be able to save the completed pre-application to your hard drive. If you have completed the form and cannot save it simply print the document and fax it to us.
We are required by law to obtain and keep this information confidential
Complete the Pre-Application and return it to Parson Enterprises by fax or email. The information from the pre-application will be entered into the formal agreement which will be sent to you for signature.

If you are already accepting credit cards fax us a copy of your most recent merchant account statement for a free evaluation.
If you are not accepting cards at this time but want to please fill out a request for a quote HERE
Step 2
You will receive a formal quote and the formal application for your signature.
Step 3
Once we have your signed Application we will submit it to our underwriting department. Once approved your account will be set up in 48 business hours and you will be ready to start processing with us as soon as your new credit card terminal arrives or your existing terminal or POS station is re-programmed.
