Besides the initial considerable savings over our previous processor, I most significantly appreciate their hands-on approach to us as clients. Their accessibility and willingness to help with any problems that arise has impressed me. I appreciate the way they have come several times to my store to speak to me directly and work on a problem, not of their causing, that was giving me great difficulty. Prior services we have used have been notably lacking in this personal attention, and I find that Parson Enterprises' service in this regard makes all the difference. When Parson Enterprises approached us suggesting we switch our charge card services to them we were reluctant. We had been dissatisfied with several companies previously and we wondered if it would be worth changing to a new system once again. But we liked Harry Parson from the start. His enthusiasm won us over. And he promised me that if I had questions or concerns, he would see to it personally that they were resolved.

Our fist month with Credomatic, I had difficulty balancing our statement. Harry then phone Credomatic customer service on my behalf and told a representative to expect my call. Have gave me the name of a particular customer service rep - something I had never had before! The long and the short of it is that all my questions were answered by a very patient Credomatic representative. Our conversation did not end until I was certain I understood everything about their monthly reports.

The switch to Credomatic through Parson Enterprises has proven to be one of the wiser choices we have made in our business. I do not dread end-of-the-month reports anymore. I have not again needed to call customer service. We are completely satisfied. It is especially reassuring to have Harry Parson and Parson Enterprises, LLC as our immediate contact should there be questions. (Thank you Harry!)

 We signed up with Parson Enterprises, LLC for merchant account services because we were looking to lower our merchant services fees. Parson Enterprises brought to the table a variety of payment solutions and helped us decide which would work best for our company.  The main reason we moved our services to Parson Enterprises was because the company offered an excellent gift card program and a hyperlink we can place on our web site for our card holders to check their balances.  Parson Enterprises was very helpful and very hands-on in assisting us as we upgraded our POS system. The upgrade that Parsons recommended allowed M Lounge to increase its processing speeds as well as establish the gift card program we wanted. They also continued to work with us until we were completely satisfied with the final result. Parson Enterprises delivered outstanding customer support, fresh ideas, and general concern for the growth of our business.

Parson Enterprises, LLC has been our merchant services provider at Sheldon Liquors and Rosemore Town & Country Liquors for several months. We are satisfied with their credit card processing services, technical support and rates.
